Chickpeas
Ingredients
- 400 gram Chickpeas
Seasoning
- 1/4 + 1/8 teaspoon paprika powder
- 1/4 teaspoon dille
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Instructions
Open the can of chickpeas and put them in the strainer.Get a bowl with water and put in the strainer.
Some skin will float to the top, remove those skins.
Prepare a towel to put the chickpeas on.
Dab the chickpeas dry, some skin will fall off and remove those.
Repeat this proces for one or two more times.
Setup the airfryer and set the temperature on 110 celius or 230 Fahrenheit and put the timer on 35 minutes.
When the airfryer is done, open the airfryer and add a tablespoon of olive oil over the chickpeas.
Set the temperature on 180 celius or 356 Fahrenheit for about 15 minutes. Check after 10 if they are done enough else wait the remaining 5 minutes.
After add a teaspoon of olive oil and put the chickpeas in a bowl and dust the chickpeas with the seasoning.
